Like all websites, this site too acquires some personal data, the transmission of which is im-plicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested re-sources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the digital code indicating the status of the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT envi-ronment. - Data provided by the user

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS
Your personal data have been provided by you and will be processed for the following pur-poses:
the browsing data are acquired by the computer systems and software procedures of this website for its normal operation. This information is not collected to be associated with iden-tified interested parties, but by their very nature could allow users to be identified, through processing and association with data held by third parties. These data are used solely to ob-tain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functio-ning. Furthermore, they could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
These data are collected on the basis of the consent given by the user through persistent browsing on the site (conduct implying an intent).
The data provided by the user will be used for the following purposes:
- newsletter registration, to receive information concerning the activities and news of the Vesta project;
- application for the VESTA project. In this specific case the data will be used exclusively to contact the candidate for the purpo-se of establishing a suitability interview.
It should be noted that if the interested parties present themselves for the interview, they will receive a specific privacy form for the processing of their data for the purposes of the project management. If, on the other hand, the interested party does not attend the appointment or decides not to continue with the application, his or her data will immediately be deleted and will not be used for any other purpose.
These data are collected on the basis of the explicit consent of the interested party, which is substantiated by completion of the appropriate request form.
For the sake of completeness, please note that, pursuant to Article 7 of Regulation 679/2016, the interested party has the right to withdraw consent at any time. Consent can be revoked as easily as it is granted.
NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF THE DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF AN EVENTUAL REFUSAL TO RESPOND
Apart from that specified with regard to the browsing data, the user is free to provide perso-nal details in order to access the services offered by this site. Failure to provide the data ne-cessary for completing the application forms makes it impossible to access the services re-quested, including sending any further information.
PROCESSING METHODS
The processing will take place using manual, IT and remote tools adopting a logic strictly correlated with the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the purpose limitation principle as well as all the other principles present in article 5 of Regulation 679/2016. In particular, in observance of the principles of integrity and confidentiality, pur-suant to which specific security measures are adopted to prevent the loss of data, illicit or in-correct use and unauthorised access.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The processing operations associated with the web services of this site take place at the afo-rementioned CIDAS office by nominated employees of the Cooperative.
STORAGE TIMES
In compliance with the applicable legislation, the user’s data are stored by the data control-lers strictly for the period necessary.
In all cases, the user shall have the possibility to revoke consent for the processing of data at any time, as described above.
The data transmitted to any service providers will be processed by them for the time strictly necessary to perform the tasks entrusted to them.
SCOPE OF COMMUNICATION AND DISTRIBUTION
In addition to the data controllers, other categories of employees involved in the organisa-tion of the site (administrative or marketing staff, legal collaborators, system administrators) may have access to the data, as well as third parties, external service providers (MailChimp), who act on behalf of or in the name of CIDAS and duly appointed as Data Processors, who will process the data in accordance with the purpose for which the data were originally col-lected.
Your personal data are transferred to third countries such as the United States, in the fulfil-ment of the activities of external service providers (MailChimp, which has joined the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Frameworks).

Users (the subjects of the data processing) benefit from a set of rights in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679. These are:
- the right to access one’s personal data (once confirmed that said data are being processed by the data controller);

- the right to obtain the cancellation of said data;
